
Q. What if I don’t have or can’t get 150 contacts from my database?
A. We will make every attempt to engage with as many contacts as necessary as well as help you design a capture system that will grow to the appropriate size quickly.
Q. Are there cheaper alternatives to the basic program?
A. No. In order to achieve the scale necessary for any system to maintain the highest levels of integrity, it is necessary to limit the minimum scope of our program to the size it is currently.
Q. What if I am a sole proprietor and don’t have any or just a few ‘managers’?
A. It becomes even more imperative, in our opinion and we have a large amount of experience with low volume operations, to not waste time on efforts that will bring a lower, or no return on your investment.
Q. Why do you use the 4-week, 13 period time frame instead of just 12 months?
A. Because any analysis of any data you gather in our business needs to be an ‘apples-to-apples’ comparison and the 13 period calendar gives us that.
Q. Why do I have to pay up front and can the cost be spread out over time?
A. Yes, but the program will not commence until all fees are paid in full. Payment must be made in advance of each period’s work, due to the nature of the call-center work required to complete the program’s information requirements.
Q. Are there any guarantees for your program’s results?
A. Results – no. No one can guarantee results. But we guarantee that we’ll do everything in our power to create the right strategy and tactics for you and your business to achieve success. And if you are not happy with our efforts on your behalf, we will work for free until you are. But at the end of the day, it’s up to you to be the change you need. No one can do it for you or give it to you.
Q. What if I commit to a multi-month program but need to stop momentarily in the middle of it for some personal or professional reason?
A. You can ‘freeze’ your program at any time and resume it at a later date, not to exceed a calendar year from the date of your initial agreement.
